CallChat should collect the minimum information needed to operate accounts, security, abuse handling, and service reliability.

Messages Standard Matrix encryption behavior is handled by compatible Matrix clients and homeserver configuration.
Account data User IDs, device records, rooms, server logs, and safety metadata may be processed to operate the service.
Security Logs may be used to detect spam, abuse, account attacks, and service faults.
Premium features CallChat Shield / ZMath premium vault features are optional and should be documented before launch.
AI helpers Zero Bot should be opt-in, no-memory by default, and labelled when output is AI-generated.
