Apply and bind the founding license to your server IP
The public checkout accepts the IPv4 lane first. Use the real public IPv4 address of the server that will run the licensed Shield module. Private network IPs, reserved IPs, loopback, documentation ranges, and carrier-grade NAT ranges are rejected by the license engine.
How activation works
One public IP
The license is bound to the public server IP supplied during checkout or owner-issued comp creation.
IPv4 main lane
The public checkout is IPv4-first. IPv6 can be issued deliberately by the owner for suitable deployments.
No NAT ranges
Private, reserved, loopback, documentation, multicast, and carrier-grade NAT ranges fail validation.
Private activation
PayPal return is not proof of entitlement. The payment, plan, contact email, and server IP are checked before a private activation is issued.
Delivery target
Founding deployments target activation or a clear follow-up within two UK business days after verified payment and accepted deployment details.
Included review
Activation includes an installation review and setup email. A 24/7 SLA or custom engineering is not included unless agreed in writing.
Moves and failover
Contact CallChat before changing the licensed public IP, running a simultaneous failover, or moving production to another server.
